Time: 32-35 min

Makes: About 2-dozen meatballs, depending what size you make

Step 1: Oven Prep!

Set oven rack in middle, preheat to 375-degF

Step 2: Mix.

Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix thoroughly, but don't over do it (Ground Turkey can become easily loose it's texture). Just enough so each spoonful has same amount of all ingredients.

Step 3: Tin foil bed.

On a large baking sheet lay foil down, spray with non-stick spray. Makes cleanup later a breeze.

Step 4: Form, place and bake.

Take a spoonful of desired meatball size / shape and place on baking tray. Doesn't have to be perfect ball - tap lightly if needed to remove high point spikes so cooks evenly. Bake in oven for 12min - then turn meatballs over and bake an additional 10min (22min baking time total).

Step 5: Enjoy!

Eat plain meatball, add in your favorite sketti, continue on to meatball subs, dip in some Greek Yogurt, the possibilities could be endless.
